Guest club: one loyalty programme across two booking systems

Recognises the same guest across two booking systems, gives bonuses only for completed stays, caps bonus payments at 30 % and shows each guest a personal cabinet. 25 checks run from a button.

Self-initiated demo - not client work. Sosnovy Bereg, the hospitality company, is invented; booking data comes from exports, and the demo page is in Russian. Every number on this page comes from the demo itself, which you can open and try.

The case

Task. A hospitality company (invented for this demo) runs city apartments and country houses, each on its own booking system. The same guest is written differently in each, bonuses are counted by hand, and there is nothing that brings a guest back to the other side of the business.

Solution. The club recognises a guest by phone or e-mail however it was typed, and placeholder numbers never merge different people. Cards merge only when the full name matches; a family sharing a phone gets separate cards and a question for the admin. Bonuses are earned only for completed stays, by tier over 12 months; a cancellation takes them back and an extra payment adds the difference. Guests can pay up to 30 % of a booking with bonuses, and a welcome bonus or promo code works once per guest. Each guest has a cabinet with tier, balance, discount and trips in both places.

25 automated checks run from a button on the page and all pass. The page is in Russian. Booking data comes from exports in the demo; a real project would use the booking systems' API. Web apps like this start at $800.
