Every lead in one sheet, with an alert in Telegram
Fill in the website form the way a customer would. The real Apps Script code from this project writes the row and sends the alert. At night it moves repeat leads aside, and in the morning it mails a report.
Ash & Oak Kitchens and every contact here are invented. Nothing leaves this page: Google and Telegram are simulated in your browser.
The bot token and the form key are not on this sheet: they live in Script Properties.
At night and in the morning
At 3:00 the script moves repeat leads to “Duplicates”, noting the row they repeat. At 9:00 it mails the owner yesterday's leads by source.
What the code does
Any form, one sheet
A website, Tilda or n8n send the lead with a secret key, and a linked Google Form works too. Fields are matched by name, in English or Russian.
Leads don't get lost
Telegram gets three tries. If it is still down, the lead stays in the sheet and the Log says which alert did not go out.
Clean data
Phone numbers come to one format, a hidden field stops bots, and text like =FORMULA() can't run in a cell.
Nothing is deleted
Repeat leads move to their own sheet with the row they repeat, so the owner can move them back.
