  1. Your site loads slowly on a phone

How to check: Turn off Wi-Fi and open your site on mobile data. If the first screen takes over 3 seconds, this reason applies. For an exact measurement, use Google's free speed test: pagespeed.web.dev

What to fix: Compress images and load heavy content after the first screen appears. The design stays the same.

Demo example: On a roofing company site, the main image on a phone now appears in 0.7 s instead of 19.7 s. Page size dropped from 4.3 MB to 84 KB.

  2. Form inquiries never reach you

How to check: Send a test inquiry from your phone. Look in your inbox and spam folder. If nothing arrives within 5 minutes, this reason applies.

What to fix: Set up email delivery from the site. Add a second way to receive inquiries, such as a Telegram alert.

Demo example: On a roofing company site, inquiries from the contact form arrive again after the fix.

  3. Your first screen doesn't say what you do

How to check: Show the first screen to a friend for 5 seconds. Then ask them to name the service and who it's for. If they can't, this reason applies.

What to fix: State the result for the customer in the headline. Below it, add one line: the service, a starting price and the turnaround time.

  4. Your site shows no prices

How to check: Set a 30-second timer and find the price of any service. If you can't, this reason applies.

What to fix: List a starting price and a turnaround time for every service. Customers get an exact quote in reply to their inquiry.

  5. Visitors have to hunt for the inquiry button

How to check: Open your site on a phone. The inquiry button should be visible without scrolling and appear again further down. If not, this reason applies.

What to fix: Place one main button on the first screen. Repeat the same button after your work, prices and FAQ.

  6. Your form is too long

How to check: Count the fields. More than 4 means this reason applies.

What to fix: Keep 3 fields: name, contact method and a free-text field for the request. Clarify everything else in your reply.

  7. Your site shows no proof

How to check: Look for projects with results in numbers and reviews with real names. Open every project link. If there are no numbers or the links don't open, this reason applies.

What to fix: Show 3 to 5 projects in a "before → after" format, with numbers. Add reviews as they come in.

  8. You're hard to reach from a phone

How to check: Tap the phone number on your site. It should start dialing with one tap. Test the Telegram and WhatsApp buttons the same way.

What to fix: Turn your phone number and messaging app buttons into links that open in one tap.

  9. Inquiries get lost after they leave the site

How to check: Write down how many inquiries came in last month. Then write down how many got a reply the same day. If this takes more than 1 minute, this reason applies.

What to fix: Set things up so every inquiry goes into a spreadsheet or CRM automatically, a Telegram alert arrives right away and a report arrives every morning.

Demo example: The same shift of orders went through both the old and the new order automation. The new version handled every order in the shift, 14 orders worth €2,504 more than the old one did.

  10. Your site doesn't show up in Google

How to check: Search Google for site:yourwebsite.com. Every page should appear, each with a clear title and description.

What to fix: Give every page its own title and description. Submit your sitemap to Google.

Demo example: A practice site was seeded with common SEO mistakes. The audit flagged 14 issues, and all 14 were confirmed. Each one lists where it was found and how to fix it.
