  1. Does your bot reply to customers at night, on weekends and on holidays?

Why: Customers write when it suits them, and with no reply until morning, they have time to contact someone else.

What to do: Set the bot to take inquiries around the clock and pass them to your manager at the start of the workday.

  2. Does your manager get an instant Telegram or email alert for every new inquiry?

Why: Without an alert, an inquiry sits until someone opens the chat, while the customer waits for a reply.

What to do: Turn on an instant alert to the person in charge, with the customer's name, contact and message.

  3. Do inquiries from your bot, website and messaging apps all go into one spreadsheet or CRM?

Why: When inquiries are spread across chats, some are easy to miss and the monthly total is hard to count.

What to do: Log every inquiry automatically in one Google Sheet or CRM, with the date and source.

  4. Does the bot hand complex questions to a manager and tell the customer a person will reply?

Why: A customer with an unusual question needs a real answer, and without a handoff the conversation ends there.

What to do: Add a “Talk to a manager” button that passes the chat to your manager with an alert.

  5. Does the bot understand questions typed in the customer's own words, not just button taps?

Why: Customers write the way they are used to, and a question outside the buttons goes unanswered.

What to do: Teach the bot to answer common questions in free form and pass the rest to a manager.

  6. Do voice messages and photos from customers get a reply too?

Why: A bot that reads only text leaves voice messages and photos unanswered.

What to do: Add voice message transcription, and forward photos to a manager with an alert.

  7. Can customers book, order or pay right in the chat, without a phone call?

Why: Every call and every jump to another website adds a step where the customer may put off the decision.

What to do: Add open time slots, ordering and a payment link to the bot.

  8. If a customer stops replying, does the bot send a polite reminder a few hours later?

Why: The customer may have been distracted, and one reminder brings them back to the booking or order.

What to do: Have the bot send one reminder after a pause, with a button that picks up the chat where it left off.

  9. Do you know at which step of the bot conversation customers drop off most often?

Why: Without this data, it's unclear which step keeps customers from sending an inquiry.

What to do: Track how many people start the chat and how many reach each next step.
